[Robotic Hardcore]

You should replaces those computer generated (or compressed) snares with a real one. Maybe from funky drummer or the amen break?

I have a couple of real loops in there being ducked out, I wanted the processed kick and snare to be the focal point of the beat and the rest to just fill in the gaps. I do love the amen break, and have it in my library, but I feel like it's almost too easy. Is funky drummer a loop library? Thanks for rating.

Too bad you don't hear a lot of this kind of stuff in the Drum n Bass section, eh? You should make more hardcore / jungle songs. One thing that bothers me is that synth that starts at 1:16. I don't think it fits IMO.

Other than that, make more hardcore. :>

I have nothing much to say here, but I will leave with a positive note. I gave this a 5 because it deserves more in contrast to a lot of the other submissions. A lot of people who upload "DnB" on this site wouldn't know Drum and Bass if it hit them in the head.

Not Drum And Bass

If you're going to post under Drum'N'Bass, please understand what the hell it actually is. Just because something has Drums and some Bass Lines does NOT make it DnB.

Listen to some DnB or Jungle on YouTube. This confusion is common among newgrounders though. :(

you know I was thinking the same thing cause normaly DnB is alot faster I thought. this is the first time I ever tried to make DnB so this is a test as it says above. Regardless:

1. Where should I put it then?

Odd.

The tune has a weird drumset that one normally wouldn't find in Drum N' Bass, the beats don't flow together, and the saws are odd sometimes.

Not to insult, but are you sure this is the right category? Listen to some Drum N' Bass on youtube, or some old school jungle. Most use Amen Breaks and a totally different beat.

Don't get me wrong, there can be perfect fusion, see Pendulum or London Elektricity, but this is really strange.
